Katrina Clarke is a multimedia journalist with The Daily Gleaner and Brunswick News, based in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

As a journalist formerly based in Toronto and Vancouver, her work has been published in the Toronto Star, the National Post, Chatelaine, J-Source and CBC Life.

She was a 2016 journalism fellow with the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE), which took her to Germany and Poland to study journalism ethics.

She was a recipient of a 2013 International Development Research Centre reporting award, which allowed her to work as a reporter with the Bangkok Post in Thailand.

Katrina graduated from Western University, earning a silver medal in the Master of Arts in Journalism program, and Queen’s University, earning a BAH in political studies and global development studies.

Katrina’s freelance work focuses on writes about relationships, health, journalism ethics, business and social trends. Her work in Fredericton at The Daily Gleaner focuses on local news.
