Katrina Clarke is a freelance multimedia journalist based in Vancouver and Toronto.

Her work has been published in the Toronto Star, the National Post, Chatelaine, J-Source and CBC Life.

She was a 2016 journalism fellow with the Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics (FASPE), which took her to Germany and Poland to study journalism ethics.

She was a recipient of a 2013 International Development Research Centre reporting award, which allowed her to work as a reporter with the Bangkok Post in Thailand.

Katrina graduated from Western University, earning a silver medal in the Master of Arts in Journalism program, and Queen’s University, earning a BAH in political studies and global development studies.

Katrina writes about relationships, health, journalism ethics, business and social trends.
